About Benny's Friends
Benny’s Friends was established with the following primary mission:
“Make a difference in the lives of animals in need, by providing compassion, kindness, safety and love.”
Our expanded and full list of activities and programs will include the following:
Medical
Fundraising for various animal rescue cases, especially those requiring medical care and/or surgery.

Rescue from shelters and place at risk feral, special needs and elderly pets, into loving, forever homes.
Sanctuary
Provide a Sanctuary where abused, special needs, terminal, and elderly animals can spend their days in peace.

Italia & Banana
Italia is happy, friendly, sweet girl with her own unique voice. LOVES ATTENTION! Will drop herself in front of you and stretch out, for an impromptu belly rub. Loves people and will let other cats know that she’s the boss.Loves attention and is soft as a marshmallow. Looking for an easy going home with her foster brother.
Banana is shy, but very playful, handsome boy. Loves to play and run around. Will come up to you, stare you in the eyes and meow at you when hungry. Doesn’t like to be picked up much but loves belly rubs when he’s sleeping. He will turn over to show you his belly when he has trusted you. Looking for a home with patient parents who will give him time to adjust and trust, with his foster sister.
Meet Benny
Benny was born with eyelid agenisis and rescued at 3 weeks old by Best Friends Animal Society Los Angeles. We fostered Benny and his siblings and later adopted Benny. Benny has had two eyelid reconstruction surgeries and is a happy, mischievous little guy. His vision and life were spared because he was given a chance.
We believe that all animals deserve a chance at a happy, healthy life. Benny’s Friends was founded to help save more animals like Benny. Please join us in saving more lives.
